Fighting Poverty
One of the biggest concerns of women in our community is the inability to pay for material needs for their families or take part in activities that are accepted part of daily life. Thus we want to fight poverty by a creating pathway to economic wellbeing by creating accessible and equitable opportunities for learning, employment and enterprise.
Education is the single most important poverty-reducing factor linked to various dimensions of poverty. Learning about technology is one of the most effective solutions to poverty and with even the basic skills and knowledge women can be inspired to actively participate and take action.
Thus we are dedicated to create digital learning opportunities that reach the most marginalized women in our community. As women connect and learn together they acquire capabilities and gain self-confidence and awareness about their situation and what's possible.
